For US creators, Graphy pricing runs $49, $149 or $399 a month across its Launch, Rise and Scale plans, or $449, $1,349 and $3,599 for a full year paid up front. Every US plan lists a 0% Graphy fee on sales. There is no free plan, only a 14-day trial with no card needed.
Those prices date from late March 2026, when Rise rose from $99 and Scale from $249, so many reviews still show the old figures. Graphy also runs revenue-share plans that keep 10% or 5% of each sale, which its help center ties to Indian creators. Stripe’s card fee, 2.9% plus 30 cents on a US card, lands on top of every US plan.
Graphy’s pricing page lists “Branded mobile apps” in its very first feature list, right under the headline. The app starts on Rise at $149 a month, 3 times the $49 plan, and you also pay Apple $99 a year and submit the app yourself.
Then there is Google’s first page, which mixes old US prices, today’s US prices and revenue-share plans as if they were a single list. It is easy to budget for the wrong number.
Here is what each plan costs today, what changed in March, which fees sit on top, and what Graphy costs a business at 3 different sizes.
Key Takeaways
- 3 US plans, no cut per sale. Launch, Rise and Scale cost $49, $149 or $399 a month, or $449, $1,349 and $3,599 a year.
- The branded app starts on Rise. Launch has no app of your own, and Apple charges $99 a year for the iOS version.
- Old prices still rank. Rise was $99 and Scale $249 until late March 2026, and some review sites still list those numbers.
- The 10% cut sits on the revenue-share plans. Graphy’s help article on them is “applicable only to Indian creators”, and US plans list 0%.
- Refunds close fast. Graphy refunds the plan fee only within 7 days, and a US reviewer was billed for a second year after they stopped using it.
Graphy pricing for US creators, plan by plan
Graphy sells 3 plans in the US: Launch at $49 a month, Rise at $149 and Scale at $399, all listed with a 0% transaction fee. Switch the toggle on its pricing page to Annual and the same plans cost $449, $1,349 and $3,599 for the year.
Before you pay for any course platform, it helps to know which pricing and checkout slips cost first-time sellers their early sales. The Online Selling Mistakes Challenge walks through 5 of them over 5 days, free.
Paying yearly works out to $37.42, $112.42 and $299.92 a month. The caps rise with each plan too, from 10,000 contacts, 1 admin and 5,000 emails a month on Launch up to 100,000, 25 and 50,000 on Scale.
| Plan | Monthly | Yearly | Contacts | Admins | Emails a month |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Launch | $49 | $449 | 10,000 | 1 | 5,000 |
| Rise | $149 | $1,349 | 25,000 | 10 | 10,000 |
| Scale | $399 | $3,599 | 100,000 | 25 | 50,000 |

The toggle says “Save 25%”. The real saving is a little lower on every plan, and lowest on Launch:
- Launch: 12 months at $49 is $588. Yearly is $449. You save $139, or 23.6%.
- Rise: 12 months at $149 is $1,788. Yearly is $1,349. You save $439, or 24.6%.
- Scale: 12 months at $399 is $4,788. Yearly is $3,599. You save $1,189, or 24.8%.
A page-1 comparison takes a flat 25% off and prints $441, $1,341 and $3,591. Graphy’s page shows $8 more on each.
Every plan comes with a 14-day free trial, and Graphy’s pricing page FAQ says no credit card is needed to start it.
What each Graphy plan includes
Graphy Launch includes the core course tools: unlimited products, an AI website builder, 2 AI custom webpages, DRM protection (copy protection for your videos), memberships, certificates, coupons, affiliate tracking and Stripe payments. It is built for 1 person, with a single admin login, 10,000 live class minutes a month and webinars of up to 500 people.
Rise adds AI agents for sales, support and tutoring, AI landing pages, unlimited AI pages, 10 admin accounts, 20,000 live class minutes and a headline feature, “Your own branded mobile app” on Android and iOS.
Graphy’s own setup guide for the iOS version has 6 steps:
- build the iOS app in Graphy’s app builder
- find your Apple Developer Team ID
- get your App Store keys
- get your push notification keys
- create the app’s entry on the App Store
- submit the app yourself
To publish on the App Store you need a paid Apple Developer account, which costs $99 a year on Apple’s enrollment page and is billed by Apple, not by Graphy. So the yearly price of “your own app” on Graphy is $1,349 plus Apple’s $99, or $1,448. That is still less than Kajabi or Thinkific charge for theirs, as the comparison further down shows, but it is a long way from the $449 the plan list leads with.
Scale is for a business with a team and a big list. It lifts the caps to 100,000 contacts, 50,000 emails a month, 25 admins and 50,000 live class minutes. Its main extras are:
- API access (lets other software connect to Graphy) and single sign-on, or SSO (your team logs in through 1 shared company account)
- removal of Graphy’s branding
- migration help and priority support
- “Advanced DRM Protection”, which the pricing page never explains
On yearly billing, Scale costs $2,250 more than Rise. If none of these is worth that to you, and Rise’s caps (25,000 contacts, 10 admins, 10,000 emails a month) are enough, stay on Rise.
Why Graphy prices disagree across the web
Graphy runs, or has run, at least 3 price lists in the past year, and results on Google’s first page quote all 3. That is why Rise shows up as $99 on a review site, $125 on another and $149 on Graphy’s own page.
List 1: the old US prices. Until late March 2026, Rise cost $99 a month and Scale $249. PricingSaaS, a service that tracks changes to software pricing pages, logged the change in the week of 30 March: “Rise plan price increased from $99/month to $149/month (50% increase)”, with Scale going from $249 to $399, a 60% rise. Graphy’s own pricing page from October 2025, saved by the Internet Archive, carries the $99 and $249 figures in its page code.

Those old numbers have not fully left Graphy’s site either. The live US pricing page still holds the older list in its code, unused and invisible to a visitor: Launch $49, Rise $99, Scale $249, with a “Save 28%” label.
List 2: the current US prices. $49, $149 and $399 a month, 0% fee, as covered above.
List 3: the revenue-share plans. The same pricing page carries a second plan block, hidden on the US version of the page, where Graphy keeps a cut of each sale. In some page loads it shows rupees: Launch at ₹1,999 a month billed annually plus “10% per sale or ₹10 whichever is higher”, and Rise at ₹9,999 plus 5%. In a regular Chrome browser it shows dollars instead: Launch at $49 a month billed annually plus 10% or $0.25, and Rise at $125 plus 5%. Graphy does not say which countries see the dollar version.
All 5 page-1 sources below quote at least 1 Graphy price that a US visitor does not see on Graphy’s page today.
| Source on page 1 | What it says | What Graphy’s US page shows |
|---|---|---|
| SchoolMaker review | Launch $49 + 10% per sale, Rise $125 + 5% | Launch $49, Rise $149, 0% fee, plus Scale |
| Capterra listing | Rise $99, Scale $249 | Rise $149, Scale $399 |
| Google’s AI Overview | Rise $149, “near $99-$125” in some sources | Rise $149, no $99 or $125 option |
| Ruzuku comparison | Yearly $441, $1,341, $3,591 | Yearly $449, $1,349, $3,599 |
| Graphy’s own Google snippet | “growth plan ₹4200 per month” | No Growth plan in any list |
SchoolMaker’s numbers match the hidden dollar block on every figure, so they are real Graphy prices, just not the ones a US creator pays. Its worked example says a $100 course sale on Launch hands Graphy $10. On a US account, Graphy takes $0 and Stripe takes $3.20, so you keep $96.80.
Graphy also prices by country, and a Capterra reviewer noted that the page “always opens the page according to country you live as per your VPN”. If the numbers you see differ from these, check which country version you are on.
The fees that sit on top of a Graphy plan
A US Graphy plan has 0% Graphy fee per sale, so the plan price is the only thing Graphy charges for your sales. 3 other costs can sit on top, 2 of them paid to other companies, and only card processing applies to every seller.
Card processing. Creators outside India connect their own Stripe account through what Graphy’s help center calls a “Graphy Partnered Stripe” login, and Stripe charges its normal rate. In the US that is 2.9% plus 30 cents per successful card payment, plus 1.5% for international cards and 1% more if a currency gets converted. On a $100 US card sale, the base fee is $3.20.
Live class minutes past your cap. Graphy’s Terms of Service say each plan’s minutes are monthly, and “additional usage will be charged at a rate of $2 per 1,000 minutes.” A 90-minute class every week uses 360 minutes a month if minutes count per class. If they count per attendee, about 28 regular attendees would use up Launch’s 10,000. The terms do not say which, so ask before you run big live cohorts on Launch.
The Apple Developer fee. $99 a year to Apple, only if you publish the iOS app on Rise or Scale.
The revenue-share plans, in India and elsewhere
Graphy’s revenue-share plans take a cut of every sale on top of the plan price. Its help article on the revenue share model says “This article is applicable only to Indian creators.”
It then sets out the terms: “We charge a revenue share of 10% + GST(10% or Rs.10 whichever is higher) per transaction on the platform. We also charge a one-time onboarding fee of ₹ 19,999.” GST is India’s sales tax.
Its own worked example: a ₹1,000 sale pays ₹23.60 to the payment gateway and ₹118 to Graphy, leaving the creator ₹858.40, about 14% gone.
So when a review says “Graphy takes 10%”, check which list it read. It is not the US one.
Refunds, renewals and the 14-day trial
Graphy’s refund window is 7 days, and it covers the plan fee only. The refund policy offers “a full refund (subject to applicable taxes) of the recurring flat Fee only, provided that your cancellation request is made within 7 (seven) days from the date of purchase”. The policy offers nothing after that, and the onboarding fee (₹19,999 on India’s revenue-share plans) is never refunded.
Graphy’s terms add that price changes reach existing customers “during the next billing period or renewal of the Subscription.” So a yearly plan locks your price for that year, and the March 2026 rise only reaches you at renewal.
A US reviewer on Trustpilot stopped using Graphy in January 2026 and then, in their own words, “in February, they billed me for another year of service and never invoiced me.” The full Trustpilot review says Graphy refused a refund. Graphy’s overall rating on Trustpilot sits at 3.9 from 399 reviews, and the page says Graphy has replied to 11% of its negative reviews.
The fix costs nothing. If you pay yearly, put a reminder in your calendar 2 weeks before the renewal date, and cancel in writing if you are not staying. Use the 14-day trial to test the course tools, and read the Apple setup steps before you pay for Rise.
What Graphy costs at 3 sizes of business
Graphy costs about $869, $3,548 or $12,098 a year all in for a business selling $1,000, $5,000 or $20,000 a month, once Stripe and Apple are added. The rows assume a $50 average sale, US cards, yearly billing and the cheapest plan that does the job.
Stripe’s card fee is lower than Graphy’s plan at $1,000 a month, $420 against $449, then higher at the next 2 sizes: $2,100 against $1,349 and $8,400 against $3,599.
| Business | Plan needed | Graphy per year | Stripe per year | Apple | Total per year |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| $1,000 a month in sales | Launch | $449 | $420 | $0 | $869 |
| $5,000 a month, wants its own app | Rise | $1,349 | $2,100 | $99 | $3,548 |
| $20,000 a month, SSO and its own app | Scale | $3,599 | $8,400 | $99 | $12,098 |
At $1,000 a month, Graphy’s plan is 3.7% of what you sell, at $5,000 it is 2.2%, and at $20,000 it is 1.5%. Stripe’s share sits at 3.5% in every row, because at a $50 average sale its per-sale fee grows in step with your sales and Graphy’s flat plan does not.
Ruzuku’s version of this table adds a $99 a month add-on, but Apple’s fee is $99 a year, so its yearly totals run about $1,090 too high. And none of the 3 rows here includes live-minute overage, which only you can estimate.
If you sell PDFs, templates or lessons already hosted on YouTube, you do not need a course host at all. A checkout such as CartMango, the one I run, covers that case, and its row is in the platform table below.
Still comparing course platforms? The cut each platform takes runs the same per-sale math across 6 of them.
Who runs Graphy, and where it is based
Graphy is an Indian company with a US arm for customers outside India. Its Terms of Service name 2 companies, “Graphy Labs Private Limited – a company incorporated in India” and “Graphy INC – a company incorporated in the State of Delaware, USA”, and say that if you register from outside India, “your Agreement shall be with Graphy Inc.”
Graphy is part of the Unacademy group, the Indian education company. In 2021, Inc42 reported that “Unacademy’s Graphy” had bought the course platform Spayee. In March 2025, Spayee took the Graphy name, and the post on Graphy’s blog called Graphy “an Unacademy group company”.
The group changed hands in 2026. TechCrunch reported that upGrad’s purchase of Unacademy had closed, and that “the deal covers the entire group, including PrepLadder and Graphy.”
The India and US price lists are separate offers from separate companies. Trustpilot lists the company at a Bangalore address.
Graphy against other course platforms on price
Graphy is one of the cheaper full course platforms, and its branded app costs less than Kajabi’s or Thinkific’s.
CartMango, in the last row, is mine, so read that row as the builder’s view: a checkout for digital products, not a course host.
On yearly billing Graphy Launch costs $449, against $1,716 for Kajabi Basic, $475 for Thinkific Basic, $504 for Podia Mover and $348 plus 7.5% a sale for Teachable Starter.
| Platform | Entry plan, per year | Cut per sale | On $10,000 in sales | Phone app | Hosts courses |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Graphy | $449 (Launch) | 0% | $449 | Branded app from Rise, $1,349 | Yes |
| Kajabi | $1,716 (Basic) | 0% on Kajabi Payments, 2% on another processor | $1,716 | Branded app on Pro only, $4,788 | Yes |
| Teachable | $348 (Starter) | 7.5% | $1,098 | iOS and Android student apps listed | Yes |
| Thinkific | $475 (Basic) | 0% on Thinkific Payments, extra on your own Stripe | $475 | Branded app, $199 a month add-on | Yes |
| Podia | $504 (Mover) | 5% | $1,004 | None listed on its pricing page | Yes |
| CartMango | Free right now, then $10 from November | 0% | $10 | None listed on its pricing page | Not yet, planned for October 2026 |
The $10,000 column is the plan plus each platform’s own cut, using its own payments where it has them, before card fees.
Course hosting and community are planned for October 2026 on the $30 a year Platinum plan, and until they ship, every other platform in this table does the course job and CartMango does not.
Teachable looks like the cheapest course platform here at $348, but add its 7.5% and it overtakes Graphy Launch once you sell about $1,350 a year. Podia Mover costs more than Launch from the first sale, at $504 a year plus 5%. Detail on each: Kajabi pricing, Teachable pricing and Podia pricing.
For a branded app the gap is wide: Graphy Rise with the Apple fee is $1,448 a year, Kajabi only includes its branded app on Pro at $4,788 a year, and Thinkific’s add-on is $199 a month, or $2,388 a year on top of a plan. If the app is the whole point, Passion.io’s app-first pricing is the other one to read.
Is Graphy worth it, and which plan fits
Graphy is worth it when you want course hosting, live classes and your own app on 1 bill, and you are paying in US dollars with no cut per sale.
Launch ($449 a year) fits a solo creator under 10,000 contacts who sells through a website and needs no app of their own.
Rise ($1,349 a year) fits once you want the branded app, a small team, or the AI agents. If the app is the reason you are looking at Graphy, I would budget for Rise plus Apple’s $99 from the start, not begin on Launch.
Scale ($3,599 a year) fits a team that needs SSO, an API, more than 25,000 contacts or no Graphy branding. If you need none of those, it is $2,250 a year you do not have to spend.
For other course platforms, the course platform crossover points show the sales level where each one’s next plan up becomes the cheaper choice.
FAQ
Is Graphy free?
No. Graphy has no free plan for creators. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial that needs no credit card, and after that the cheapest US plan is Launch at $49 a month or $449 a year. The 7-day refund window starts when you pay, not when the trial starts.
Is the Graphy app free?
Not on the course platform. On Graphy, an app under your own brand starts on the paid Rise plan at $1,349 a year, plus Apple’s $99 for the iOS version. A separate product, graphy.app, is a chart-making tool with a free plan capped at 5 charts and paid plans from $16 per user a month.
Is Graphy owned by Unacademy?
Graphy is part of the Unacademy group, which Graphy’s own blog confirmed in March 2025. In September 2026, TechCrunch reported that upGrad had closed its purchase of Unacademy in a deal covering the whole group, Graphy included. Graphy’s terms name Graphy Labs Private Limited in India and Graphy Inc in Delaware as the companies you deal with.
Is Graphy an Indian company?
Yes. Graphy Labs Private Limited is incorporated in India, and Trustpilot lists its address in Bangalore. Creators who sign up from outside India contract with Graphy Inc, its Delaware company, and see US dollar pricing instead of rupees.
Does Graphy take a cut of my sales?
Not on US plans. Every US plan lists a 0% transaction fee, so you pay the plan price plus Stripe’s own card fee. Graphy’s revenue-share plans do take a cut, 10% on Launch or 5% on Rise with a small minimum per sale, and its help center ties that model to Indian creators.
What is Graphy used for?
Graphy is used to sell online courses, memberships, webinars and digital products from a branded website, with an optional branded mobile app on higher plans. It covers course hosting, live classes, email, an AI website builder and payments in a single subscription.
When the course is not the thing you sell
Graphy pricing makes sense when you need the whole course stack: video hosting, live classes and an app with your name on it. If what you sell is not a course, like a workbook, a template pack or a recorded class that already lives on YouTube, paying $449 a year for course tools you never open is an expensive way to take a payment. So what does that kind of seller need?
CartMango is built for that narrow case. It is a checkout for digital products, free right now and from $10 a year once paid plans start in November, with no cut of your sales and an order bump on every plan, so a buyer can add a second item before paying.
