Xperiencify Pricing in 2026: $99, $199 or $1,499, and No $299 Plan

by Welly Mulia - October 6, 2026

You can pay Xperiencify $99 a month for the Growth plan, $199 a month for Pro, or $1,499 once for a Lifetime account that keeps Growth’s limits. Paying yearly brings Growth down to $999 and Pro to $1,999. Building a course costs nothing, and billing starts only when you publish.

The $299 Platinum plan that several review sites still list is no longer part of Xperiencify pricing. It left the pricing page in early 2025. Growth covers 10 published courses and 1,000 active students a month, and Pro covers 20 and 5,000. Past that, you buy $1,000 capacity blocks or ask for an Enterprise quote.

The numbers on page 1 of Google disagree about what Xperiencify costs. They also disagree with Xperiencify’s own pricing page.

Some pages list 3 monthly plans, including a $299 tier that no longer exists. Another prices the Lifetime deal at $999, a price it no longer charges.

Budget off the wrong one and you either plan for a tier you cannot buy, or for a deal at a price that is gone. A yearly plan bought on the wrong numbers is hard to undo, because Xperiencify does not refund.

Below: every plan on monthly and yearly billing, and where the old Platinum price comes from. You will also see when Lifetime pays off, the extras the plan cards skip, and how the price compares with Kajabi, Teachable, Thinkific and Skool.

Key Takeaways

  • 3 priced plans, plus Enterprise: Growth is $99 a month, Pro is $199 a month, and Lifetime is $1,499 once. Enterprise is a custom quote.
  • Yearly billing saves about 16%: Growth drops to $999 a year and Pro to $1,999, a saving of $189 and $389.
  • Platinum is gone: the $299 plan left Xperiencify’s pricing page in early 2025, so a review still quoting it has not been updated.
  • Lifetime wins from year 2 if you stay small: $1,499 once beats 2 years of yearly Growth ($1,998) or 16 months of monthly ($1,584).
  • No refunds, and cancelling deletes your course: both rules sit in Xperiencify’s terms of service rather than on its pricing page.

Xperiencify’s 3 plans, priced on courses and active students

Xperiencify’s plan cards differ on only 2 limits: how many courses you can publish, and how many students can be active in a month. Every card shows unlimited sites, funnels, draft courses and total students. So Pro buys more room for courses and students, with the same features as Growth.

If this is your first course, pricing it and launching it come right after the platform choice. Before you pick a plan, a free 5-day email course walks through the top 5 selling mistakes digital product sellers make, in the Online Selling Mistakes Challenge.

Growth costs $99 a month or $999 a year, Pro costs $199 a month or $1,999 a year, and Lifetime costs $1,499 once with the same limits as Growth.

An active student, in Xperiencify’s own definition, is anyone who logs into any of your courses during a calendar month. Students who finish and stop logging in no longer count. Hit the limit and Xperiencify asks you to upgrade. LearnWorlds caps monthly active learners the same way, as our LearnWorlds pricing breakdown shows.

The yearly price on the cards is shown per month. “$83.25/mo” on Growth means a single $999 charge, taken up front for the year.

Where the $299 Platinum price comes from

The $299 Platinum plan was real until early 2025, and it survives on review pages that were never corrected. 3 of the review pages on page 1 of Google still list it. 2 of those, Ruzuku’s pricing page and Miha Cacic’s pricing review, show update dates in April 2026, a year after the plan disappeared.

The AI Overview at the top of the same search repeats it too.

Google’s AI Overview for “xperiencify pricing”. Read the third bullet: a $299 Platinum tier that Xperiencify no longer sells.

Internet Archive captures show the line-up changing at least 4 times since April 2024. The $49 Starter plan and the $149 Pro price are both gone, Platinum lasted until early 2025, and the Lifetime deal went from $999 to $1,499.

Archive capturePlans on the pagePrices
April 2024Starter, Growth, Pro, Platinum$49, $99, $149, $299 a month
October 2024 to February 2025Growth, Pro, Platinum, Enterprise$99, $199, $299 a month, custom
April 2025Growth, Pro, Lifetime, Enterprise$99, $199 a month, $999 once, custom
December 2025Growth, Pro, Enterprise$99, $199 a month, custom
Current pageGrowth, Pro, Lifetime, Enterprise$99, $199 a month, $1,499 once, custom

Pro went from $149 to $199 a month during 2024, which is why an older review may still quote $149. The April 2025 Lifetime price also came with a condition printed under it: “Price only available for 48 hours after signup.”

So a review built on the April 2024 page is now wrong on 3 of its 4 prices, and each of those numbers was right when it was written. An update date does not settle it, since both review pages updated in April 2026 still list Platinum. Compare a page’s plan names with Xperiencify’s own pricing page, and treat any page that lists Starter or Platinum as a current plan as out of date.

Is there a free Xperiencify plan?

Xperiencify’s free option is its Sandbox account, which lets you build courses with every feature but not sell them. The Sandbox help article says every course stays unpublished, so students cannot get in, until you pick a plan and pay.

The homepage signup box says “No credit card required” and “No trial period”, and the Sandbox help article gives no expiry date. Section 8.1 of the terms asks for a credit card only once your account can take live payments. Some reviews call the Sandbox a free plan. That is fair for building and testing, but it earns nothing until you move to Growth, Pro or Lifetime.

Monthly or yearly: what paying up front saves

Paying yearly saves $189 on Growth and $389 on Pro, about 16% on both plans. That is slightly more than the 15% that Google’s AI Overview, Ruzuku and Miha Cacic all quote. 12 monthly payments come to $1,188 on Growth and $2,388 on Pro, against $999 and $1,999 paid once a year.

Yearly billing has a drawback, though. Xperiencify’s terms of service say, in section 8.7, “Xperiencify does not provide refunds.” A $999 yearly charge you regret in month 2 stays spent.

That makes monthly billing the sensible start for a first course. It costs more, and it caps what you can lose. Once the course is selling, yearly billing is where the $189 saving sits.

Is the $1,499 Lifetime plan worth it?

The $1,499 Lifetime plan is worth it if you expect to stay on Growth-sized limits for more than 16 months. It costs less than monthly Growth from month 16, and less than yearly Growth from year 2. The Launch Pack page sells what it calls a lifetime Growth account at the same $1,499, “available for a limited time at this price”, in a bundle it values at $15,494.

Lifetime costs more than either subscription in year 1 and less than both once year 2 starts, when a second yearly payment takes Growth to $1,998.

AfterGrowth, monthlyGrowth, yearlyLifetime
1 year$1,188$999$1,499
2 years$2,376$1,998$1,499
3 years$3,564$2,997$1,499

4 things to weigh before you pay it:

  • The limits don’t grow on their own. Lifetime carries Growth’s 10 published courses and 1,000 active students a month. Outgrowing them costs a one-time $1,000 for 10 more published courses, or another $1,000 for 10,000 more active students, per Xperiencify’s costs article.
  • The price has moved before. The same deal was $999 in April 2025, offered for 48 hours after signup. A commenter on an r/elearning thread described the confusion in early 2025: “They have a launch/sandbox offer $999 for lifetime Go plus plan but Go plus pan is not on their pricing page.”
  • Check what “lifetime” covers. The Launch Pack page promises “nothing more to pay, ever, for life”, then says the pack “includes a full year of access to both Xperiencify and Go Plus”. Those 2 lines do not fit together, so ask support which parts are lifetime before you pay. The student app also costs $19 a month on any lifetime plan, per the mobile app article.
  • Lifetime depends on the service lasting. Section 9.3 of the terms reserves Xperiencify’s right “to modify or terminate the Xperiencify service for any reason, without notice at any time.” That clause covers every plan, and it weighs most on the plan you paid for up front.

The costs Xperiencify’s plan cards leave out

Xperiencify’s help center lists extras the plan cards never mention. The student mobile app adds $228 a year to Growth or Lifetime and $348 to Pro, and each capacity add-on costs $1,000 once.

ExtraPriceWhen you pay it
Student mobile app$19 a month on Growth or Lifetime, $29 on ProOnly if you want your courses in the iPhone and Android app
10 more published courses$1,000 onceWhen you outgrow your plan’s course limit
10,000 more active students$1,000 onceWhen you outgrow your plan’s student limit
Pause plan$29 a monthTo take a break without cancelling
SMS and voicemail dropsBilled per useAbove the amount included each month
Go Plus$12 a year, returned as creditsEvery account

Xperiencify’s Go Plus guide calls Go Plus “our whitelabeled version of Go High Level”. It is where list-wide email, sales funnels and PayPal subscriptions live. So Ruzuku’s line that the $99 floor buys “a platform with no email marketing” misses it.

Go Plus also gets more expensive if you pause. Per the pause article, while your Xperiencify account is paused, Go Plus moves to “the regular $99/ month rate”.

Our GoHighLevel pricing breakdown covers what that platform charges when you buy it directly.

Does Xperiencify take a cut of your sales?

No current Xperiencify plan lists a transaction fee. The help article on payment processors ties a per-sale fee only to the Legacy Launch Plan, sold before 2023, and says every current plan can use any payment processor. Section 3.9 of the terms still mentions “an Xperiencify plan with transaction fees” without naming one.

Your card processor still charges. Stripe’s pricing page lists 2.9% + 30¢ per successful charge on domestic cards. PayPal handles single payments inside Xperiencify, while PayPal subscriptions and installment plans have to run through Go Plus.

Refunds, cancelling and price changes

Xperiencify’s terms of service add 4 rules that the pricing page leaves out.

  • No refunds on any plan. Section 8.7, which is why monthly billing is the safer way to start.
  • Cancelling deletes your courses. Section 9.2: “Once cancellation is confirmed, all of your Course Content will be immediately deleted from the Service.” If you might come back, the $29 Pause plan hides your courses from students but keeps their progress and your admin access.
  • Prices can change on 30 days’ notice. Section 10.1, posted on the site or in your admin area.
  • Tax comes on top. Section 8.5 says every fee excludes sales and other taxes.

The $499 deal for switching platforms

Switching from another platform gets you a year of Growth for $499, with 1 course moved over for you. The pricing page promises to “move your course over at no charge and give you a year of our Growth plan”. The switch page it links to prices that bundle at “$499 total today”. So the transfer is free and the year costs $499, which is $500 less than paying $999 for a year of Growth.

The same page promises $500 if your course is not online within 30 days, and another $500 if engagement does not improve.

Xperiencify pricing vs Kajabi, Teachable, Thinkific and Skool

On yearly billing, Xperiencify Growth at $999 is the second most expensive of these 5 course platforms. It costs $717 a year less than Kajabi Basic, about the same as Skool Pro, and more than Teachable Builder or Thinkific Basic.

CartMango is my own checkout, and it does not host courses yet. CartMango’s course hosting and community features are in development, planned for October 2026 on its $30 a year Platinum plan. Until then, CartMango only suits a reader who hosts the course elsewhere, or sells downloads, and wants a checkout that takes no cut of each sale.

Card processing comes on top of every row except Skool, whose fee already covers it.

If the gamification is what you are buying, Growth’s $999 a year looks fair next to Kajabi Basic at $1,716. If you only need somewhere to host video lessons, Thinkific Basic does that for about $475 a year. It does take 5% of each sale when you use your own Stripe account instead of Thinkific Payments.

Our course platform comparison prices 6 course platforms on a single yearly basis, and the Teachable pricing breakdown covers the 7.5% fee on its cheapest plan.

Kajabi and Teachable back their plans with a 30-day guarantee. Xperiencify and Skool say they do not refund.

Which Xperiencify plan fits your course

Choose the Xperiencify plan by 2 numbers: how many courses you want on sale, and how many students log in each month.

  • Still building your first course: stay on the free Sandbox until the course is ready to sell.
  • Launching your first course: Growth at $99 a month. With no refunds, stay monthly until sales prove the course is worth keeping.
  • Selling steadily, under 1,000 active students a month: Growth billed yearly at $999, or Lifetime at $1,499 if you expect to still be on Growth after 16 months.
  • Over 1,000 active students a month, or more than 10 courses on sale: Pro at $199 a month or $1,999 a year. If student numbers are your only limit, compare Pro’s extra $1,000 a year with the one-time $1,000 for 10,000 more active students.
  • Past 20 courses or 5,000 active students: add $1,000 capacity blocks, or ask for an Enterprise quote.

FAQ

Is Xperiencify worth the money?

Xperiencify is worth it if students not finishing is your main problem. Its pricing page lists points, variable rewards, badges, leaderboards and celebrations first among its core features. On yearly billing, Growth works out to $83.25 a month against about $40 for Thinkific Basic, so a course that only needs video hosting can pay less elsewhere. With no refunds, test it on monthly billing first.

What problems does Xperiencify solve?

Xperiencify is built for courses people buy and never finish, and its homepage pitches it as “The Simple (And Fun) Way to Get More People to Complete Your Online Course”. Its game mechanics, from points and badges to leaderboards and binge mode, are there to keep students logging in. Its switch offer promises to pay you $500 if engagement does not improve after you move your course over. It also bundles Go Plus for email, CRM and sales funnels.

How does Xperiencify work?

You build a course in the free Sandbox, add the game mechanics, then pick Growth, Pro or Lifetime when you publish. Students pay on Xperiencify’s order forms through Stripe, PayPal or another processor you connect, learn inside a gamified course area, and count toward your active-student limit in any month they log in.

Does Xperiencify have a free plan?

Xperiencify’s free Sandbox account has every feature, no time limit and no credit card, but you cannot sell from it until you publish on a paid plan. That is a different model from Thinkific, which dropped its free plan for a 30-day trial.

Who owns Xperiencify?

Xperiencify’s own site names Marisa Murgatroyd and Murray Gray as its founders. Its About page describes them as wife and husband and business partners, who started Xperiencify in 2019 after building the course business Live Your Message together.

Whether Xperiencify’s price fits what you sell

Xperiencify makes sense when the gamification is what you are buying. For that, Growth at $99 a month, or $999 a year, is a fair price, and Lifetime is worth a look once you know you are staying. If you only need a place to host lessons, a plainer course platform costs less.

If what you sell right now is downloads or other digital products, and course hosting can wait, CartMango, my checkout, covers the selling side. CartMango gives you order bumps on every plan, upsells and downsells from the $20 a year Gold plan, and no cut of any sale. CartMango is free during the beta, which ends in October 2026, and its plans start at $10 a year after that.
