ThriveCart Coupon Code in 2026: 11 Codes Tested, 0 Worked

by Welly Mulia - October 26, 2026

11 out of 11 codes posted on ThriveCart coupon code sites failed on ThriveCart’s own checkouts. 10 don’t exist there, and the 11th, BFCM15OFF from ThriveCart’s 2025 Black Friday sale, is switched off. What works is ThriveCart’s own pricing: a 30-day free trial, $444 a year instead of $564 on monthly billing, or $495 once.

The “75% off” deal pages send you to those same prices, and ThriveCart pays its affiliates up to 55% of a subscription. Read the refund rule before you pay: 7 days on a lifetime license, for reasons like a duplicate purchase, and no refund for a subscription period already billed. Selling on ThriveCart yourself? Your own codes live under Products, then Coupons.

Type “ThriveCart coupon code” into Google and page 1 offers 75% off the lifetime plan, 40% off a Pro+ upgrade and a 30-day money-back guarantee. Google’s own AI summary repeats the guarantee.

I took each claim to ThriveCart’s real checkout and its real refund policy. The coupon box shows up on every plan, but no code I tried worked, and the 30-day guarantee isn’t in ThriveCart’s refund policy.

You’ll see what happened to each code, the 5 ways ThriveCart itself takes money off, the refund rule that matters before you pay $495, and, if you sell with ThriveCart, how to build coupons your buyers never have to type.

Key Takeaways

  • None of the posted codes work: 11 codes from coupon sites failed on all 6 ThriveCart checkouts, and the only real one, BFCM15OFF, is switched off.
  • The real discounts are on ThriveCart’s own pages: a 30-day free trial, yearly billing that saves $120 on Standard, and a $495 lifetime license.
  • The 75% off deals change nothing at checkout: their buttons carry an affiliate tag and land on the same $47, $87 and $495 prices.
  • The refund window is short: 7 days on a lifetime license, case by case, and no refund for a subscription period already charged.
  • Sellers get flexible coupons: percentage codes can cover rebills, bumps or the whole funnel, and a ?coupon= link applies them automatically.
  • CartMango includes coupons on its $10 plan: order bumps and pay-what-you-want pricing too, free right now, with paid plans from $10 a year starting in November.

Does any ThriveCart coupon code work?

None of the 11 ThriveCart coupon codes I found on coupon sites works on ThriveCart’s own plans. I ran each one against all 6 ThriveCart checkouts that sell an account, and every result was a rejection.

Every ThriveCart checkout I tested shows an open “Have a coupon code?” box: Standard monthly, Standard yearly, Pro+ monthly, Pro+ yearly, the $495 lifetime license, and a separate Pro+ account checkout that charges $790 up front plus $295 a year for Pro+. ThriveCart’s own help article on creating coupons says that box appears automatically when a coupon is assigned to a product.

ThriveCart has run its own codes, though, even if no ThriveCart promo code sits on its pricing page. BFCM15OFF is the one affiliates shared for its 2025 Black Friday sale. Its checkout now says “This coupon is not active,” which is a different message from the “does not exist” the other 10 get.

CodeWhat the listing says it’s forResult on all 6 ThriveCart checkouts
BFCM15OFF15% off, ThriveCart’s Black Friday 2025 dealNot active

GetThrifty, 50OFF$30 off and 50% off, no product namedDoes not exist
TGHSFA, FIRST100OCT, SCME, NEWNEW50Listed as ThriveCart codesDoes not exist

That’s 66 checks, 11 codes on 6 checkouts. Look at the middle column for the rows that name a product: a form builder, a colorwork course, a sports membership, a conference ticket. My reading, and it is an inference from the titles, is that one coupon site collected those codes from small businesses that use ThriveCart as their checkout. A ThriveCart coupon works on the products of the seller account that created it, so a course creator’s code can’t take money off ThriveCart’s own plans.

ThriveCart Standard monthly checkout showing a $0 payment today, $47 a month from day 30, and the code BFCM15OFF rejected with the message This coupon is not active

ThriveCart’s Standard monthly checkout after entering BFCM15OFF. The red line under the code box is ThriveCart’s answer, and the $0 today comes from the free trial.

The same pattern shows up for other sales tools. Our searches for a Kajabi coupon code and a ClickFunnels coupon code found no public code either, with the real offers sitting on each vendor’s own pages.

What the “75% off” ThriveCart deals really are

The 75% figures on page 1 compare against a “regular” price that ThriveCart doesn’t show anywhere I could find. 1 affiliate page says 75% off “and save $1,500 on the Standard Lifetime Plan, available for a one-time payment of just $495.” That math needs a $1,995 starting price. ThriveCart’s own lifetime checkout shows 1 number: $495.

Neither of the 2 deal pages on page 1 prints a code at all. They have buttons. I followed both.

  • The first button redirects through the page owner’s link to a ThriveCart checkout with an affiliate ID in front of it. That checkout then forwards to ThriveCart’s Pro+ page, which shows $47 a month and $87 a month, the same prices as ThriveCart’s pricing page.
  • The second button runs through another website first, then reaches a ThriveCart checkout tagged with an affiliate ID.
  • I opened the $495 lifetime checkout with that affiliate tag attached. It still said $495, with nothing pre-filled in the coupon box.

So the “deal” is the normal price plus a tag that tells ThriveCart who sent you, and that tag is worth real money to the page owner. ThriveCart’s affiliate page advertises “up to 55%” commission on a subscription plan. The rate starts at 20% for an affiliate’s first 2 sales and climbs to 55% past 200, paid every month the customer stays subscribed. The same page says ThriveCart has paid affiliates over $10 million and has more than 15,000 of them.

Affiliate links are fine. The FTC’s guidance on endorsements asks affiliates to disclose the commission near the link. Calling the normal price a coupon is what I’d push back on, and at least 1 buyer noticed. A 2023 thread on r/digital_marketing opens with someone saying every ThriveCart review they found was “This is the best tool ever, here’s my affiliate link.”

I run CartMango, a checkout that competes with ThriveCart, so weigh what I say about its pricing with that in mind.

Signs a ThriveCart coupon page is out of date

Most of these pages were written for the ThriveCart that existed before July 2026, when it moved new customers onto monthly and yearly plans. These are the tells, all taken from coupon pages ranking for this search:

  • It calls ThriveCart “not subscription-based.” New accounts now pay $47 or $87 a month, or $444 or $804 a year.
  • It quotes a $195 Pro upgrade or a $195 Learn+ add-on. Those belong to the old one-payment model.
  • It promises “save $495” on a plan it also prices at $495. Both numbers sit on the same page.
  • It offers a 30-day money-back guarantee, or a 14-day refund. ThriveCart’s refund policy says neither.
  • The codes expire tomorrow and name someone else’s product. Those look like codes from other sellers’ checkouts.

The 5 ways ThriveCart itself takes money off

ThriveCart publishes 4 ways to pay less on its own pages, and it ran a fifth for Black Friday in 2025. The yearly plans save $120 on Standard and $240 on Pro+ against 12 monthly payments, and the 30-day trial means you pay $0 on the day you sign up for any of its 4 subscription plans.

DiscountWhat it takes offWho gets itThe catch
30-day free trial$0 today on Standard or Pro+Any new accountBilling starts 30 days later unless you cancel
Yearly billingStandard $444 instead of $564, Pro+ $804 instead of $1,044Anyone who pays upfrontNo refund for the year once it’s charged
Lifetime license$495 once for a Standard accountAnyone, from a link under the plan cardsThriveCart’s FAQ says Academy isn’t included
School or charity pricingNo published amountSchools and registered charitiesApply through a form with proof of status
Black Friday15% off plus $5,000 of payment processing covered (2025)Buyers during the saleOnce a year, and its code is now switched off

The yearly math is simple: $47 times 12 is $564, so $444 saves $120, about 21%. On Pro+, $87 times 12 is $1,044, so $804 saves $240, about 23%.

The lifetime link is easy to miss. Under the plan cards on ThriveCart’s homepage sits a single line, “Ready to commit for life? Available as a lifetime option,” and its “Get Started” link opens the $495 checkout.

ThriveCart’s own pages disagree about what that $495 buys for course sellers. The lifetime checkout lists “Unlimited courses & students,” while the homepage FAQ says “ThriveCart Academy is not included with ThriveCart lifetime plans.” Academy is ThriveCart’s course and community tool, bundled free with every subscription. If courses are the reason you’re buying, ask ThriveCart support in writing before paying. Our ThriveCart for courses breakdown goes through what each plan gets.

Does ThriveCart run Black Friday deals?

Yes. ThriveCart’s Facebook page posted on 17 November 2025: “Black Friday started early. Save 15% and get $5K in payment processing covered through Stripe Connect+.” The code behind it, BFCM15OFF, still exists in ThriveCart’s checkout but now returns “This coupon is not active,” and the 2025 campaign page redirects to ThriveCart’s homepage. Its affiliate page promises affiliates “5+ Annual Promotions,” naming Black Friday, Cyber Monday and flash sales.

If you can’t wait for a sale, the 30-day trial gets you started for $0 now.

The refund rule to read before you pay

ThriveCart refunds a lifetime license only if you ask within 7 days, and it refunds nothing for a subscription period already billed. Google’s AI Overview for this search says something very different: ThriveCart “provides a 30-day money-back guarantee on all new accounts, including those purchased through promotional or discounted partner links.”

Google AI Overview for thrivecart coupon code claiming a 30-day money-back guarantee on all new ThriveCart accounts

The AI Overview Google showed for “thrivecart coupon code”. The third bullet, labeled Refund Policy, is the claim.

ThriveCart’s own policy reads differently. On monthly and annual subscriptions you can cancel any time, but “no refunds or credits will be issued for the current billing period,” unless the law requires one. On a lifetime license you can ask for a refund within 7 days of buying. ThriveCart reviews each request case by case and gives examples of valid reasons: a duplicate purchase, or a verified technical problem its support team can’t fix. You also need no chargeback, a completed refund form and no earlier refund on the account.

ThriveCart refund policy for lifetime deals showing a 7-day refund window, case-by-case review and a list of requirements

The Lifetime Deals section of ThriveCart’s refund policy, with the 7-day window and the 5 requirements.

The 30 days Google mentions do exist on ThriveCart’s site, as the free trial. The lifetime license has no trial in front of it: its checkout charges $495 on the spot. Refunds can also take persistence. In that same older r/digital_marketing thread, a buyer who found ThriveCart “a little buggy” with their website said they got a refund “after requesting my refund like 5 times.” That’s 1 person’s experience, and the current policy still says each request is reviewed by hand.

My take: start on the monthly trial, build your real checkout during the 30 days, and only then decide between yearly billing and the lifetime license.

What ThriveCart costs once the “discount” is gone

Over 2 years, yearly Standard billing costs $888, so the $495 lifetime license costs less, though it leaves out Academy. Pro+ yearly runs $1,608 over the same 2 years. CartMango costs from $10 a year once paid plans start in November, and nothing right now.

On CartMango, coupons, order bumps and pay-what-you-want pricing come with every plan, including the $10 one, and CartMango takes no cut of each sale.

The note on coupons: ThriveCart’s help center files coupon creation under Getting Started and marks only bump targeting and coupon reports as Pro+. Its Pro+ sales page also lists “Custom Coupons” among the extras Pro+ adds. So check which coupon settings your plan shows during the trial.

ThriveCart takes 0% of a basic sale on every plan, and you pay your card processor. It does charge for some add-ons, and lifetime accounts pay more for them. Its fee page lists 0.25% on subscription bumps for lifetime accounts against 0.10% on Standard. A retention offer is a discount, pause or downgrade shown to a subscriber who tries to cancel. When an offer keeps a subscriber, ThriveCart takes 8% of the first payment it saves on lifetime accounts and 5% on Standard. Tax calculation and collection costs 0.5% per eligible transaction on Standard and 0.35% on Pro+. Our ThriveCart vs PayKickstart comparison runs those fees against a bill that grows with sales.

Setting up ThriveCart coupons for your own buyers

If you sell with ThriveCart and want to give your own buyers a code, here’s how, using ThriveCart’s own help docs.

  1. Go to Products, then Coupons, and click Create new coupon (or Create first coupon if it’s your first).
  2. Coupon name is only for you. Something like “20% off course, Black Friday.”
  3. Coupon code is what buyers type. It needs at least 3 characters, letters and numbers only. Special characters won’t save.
  4. Discount type: a fixed amount or a percentage. Percentages can use decimals.
  5. Applies to (percentage coupons only): the main product, bumps only, the main product and bumps, or the entire funnel.
  6. Usage settings: a start date, an end date, and an optional cap on total uses.
  7. Products: all products, or pick specific products, pricing options and bumps.
  8. Optionally, link the coupon to 1 affiliate, or trigger an automation rule when it’s used, the same way product automations work. Save.

The end date is generous: a coupon set to expire on 21 July works until 11:59:59 pm that day, in your account’s timezone.

Only a percentage coupon reaches subscription rebills and the rest of the funnel. A fixed coupon discounts the main product’s first payment and nothing else.

What you want to discountFixed amountPercentagePlan needed

Subscription rebills after the first paymentNoYes, with the recurring box tickedAny
Upsells and downsellsNoOnly through “Entire funnel”Any

Reports per coupon (revenue, refunds, buyers)n/an/aPro+ with Stripe Connect+

“Any” is my reading of ThriveCart’s help docs, which put a Pro+ label only on bump coupons and coupon reports.

For example, a $10 fixed coupon on a $30 monthly product takes $10 off the first month, then the buyer pays $30 every month after. A 33% coupon with the recurring box ticked keeps taking about $10 off every month.

Make the coupon apply itself with a link

An auto-apply coupon means the buyer never types anything: the code rides inside the link. Copy the coupon URL from the Coupons area, or add the code to any checkout link:

  • Checkout link: https://youracc.thrivecart.com/product-name/?coupon=abc
  • With a pricing option picked: https://checkouturl.com/product-name/?coupon=abc&plan=2
  • Embedded cart: add data-thrivecart-querystring="coupon=abc" to the embed code
  • Affiliate link with a coupon: https://affiliateID--accountsubdomain.thrivecart.com/product-name/?coupon=abc

Add &coupon_cache=false when you don’t want ThriveCart to remember an applied coupon, for example on a deadline offer.

Why your ThriveCart coupon isn’t working

  • “This coupon does not apply to this order.” The coupon is set to bumps only and the order has no bump in it. Bump coupons also need Pro+ and Stripe Connect+ on that product.
  • A new bump isn’t discounted. Bumps added after you created the coupon aren’t selected automatically. Edit the coupon and tick them.
  • The discount keeps showing when you preview. That’s the remembered coupon. Open the checkout in a private window.
  • The order won’t go through. Your card processor’s minimum still applies. Stripe sets a minimum charge of 0.50 USD, so a coupon that leaves a product at 30 cents fails. Make it 100% off or keep the price above the minimum.
  • There’s no coupon box at all. No coupon is assigned to that product, or the box style is set to Hidden, which only allows coupon links.
  • A buyer used it twice. ThriveCart’s usage cap counts total uses, not uses per customer, so it can’t stop a repeat buyer.

A coupon needs someone to send it to

In November 2022 a done-for-you email client of mine went quiet for 3 weeks, then came back 2 days before his Black Friday launch asking for help. His emails also had trouble reaching inboxes. With 2 days’ notice, the launch emails I wrote for his list still brought in $26,201 in 6 days. That money came from emails to his own list. A Black Friday code needs the same thing: people to send it to. So before you build one, set the code’s start and end dates to match the emails you’ll send, and build the list before the code.

FAQ

Is there a ThriveCart discount for schools or nonprofits?

Yes. Below its plan cards, ThriveCart invites schools and registered charities to fill in a form for “special pricing,” with a document showing the organization’s status. It doesn’t publish the discount amount, so you’ll only know after its support team replies.

Does ThriveCart have a free trial?

Yes, 30 days on Standard and Pro+, monthly or yearly, with billing from day 30. The $495 lifetime license has no trial.

Can my affiliates have their own ThriveCart coupon codes?

Yes, if your plan includes ThriveCart’s affiliate center, which its pricing page lists under Pro+. Link a coupon to 1 affiliate and every buyer who uses it earns that affiliate their commission, even without an affiliate link click.

Can I limit a ThriveCart coupon to 1 use per customer?

No. ThriveCart’s own help article says you can only cap total uses, such as the first 10 buyers, because it doesn’t check whether a returning customer has used the coupon before. If repeat use worries you, keep the cap low and the end date close.

Is the ThriveCart lifetime deal still available?

Yes. A link under ThriveCart’s plan cards opens a checkout for a Standard account at $495, paid once. Its FAQ says Academy isn’t included, it allows 1 bump, it charges higher fees on a few add-ons, and its refund window is 7 days, reviewed case by case.

A cheaper way to run coupons

There’s no ThriveCart coupon code to find, and ThriveCart’s lowest prices are $444 a year, or $495 once if you can live without its course tool. Both are fair prices for what ThriveCart does. Both are also a lot to pay if what you actually need is a checkout that takes payment, delivers the file and lets you run a sale.

CartMango does those 3 jobs, with coupons, order bumps and pay-what-you-want pricing on its $10 plan and 0% taken from each sale. CartMango is free right now while in beta. If you’re moving off ThriveCart, its free migration covers products, order bumps and discount coupons, so each ThriveCart coupon code your buyers already use can come with you.
