We want you to feel good about using CartMango. This Refund Policy explains when you can get your money back, how to ask, and what happens with products you buy through a CartMango seller. If anything here is unclear, just email us at [email protected] and we'll sort it out.

1The short version

30-day money-back guarantee on your CartMango subscription. Not happy in your first 30 days of paid service? Email us and we'll refund you, no drama.

2Your CartMango subscription

CartMango is free during beta, so there's nothing to refund while beta is running. Once paid plans begin (currently $10/year after beta), the following applies:

  • 30-day guarantee. If you're not satisfied, request a refund within 30 days of your first paid charge and we'll give you a full refund of that charge.
  • Renewals. Because our plan is low-cost, we send a renewal reminder before each renewal charge. If a renewal catches you by surprise, contact us within 30 days of that charge and we'll refund it, as long as the account hasn't been heavily used in the new term.
  • Cancel anytime. You can cancel from your account settings at any time. Cancelling stops future charges; it keeps your access until the end of the period you already paid for.

3How payments and refunds are processed

Paddle.com is our Merchant of Record. That means Paddle handles billing, taxes, and the actual money movement for your subscription. When we approve a refund, Paddle returns the funds to your original payment method. It usually lands within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

4Products you buy through a CartMango seller

CartMango is the checkout that independent sellers use to sell their own digital products, like ebooks, courses, coaching, templates, and memberships. When you buy one of those products, your purchase is with that seller, not with CartMango.

Refunds for a seller's product are set by that seller. Each seller publishes their own refund terms at checkout. If you want a refund for something you bought, contact the seller you bought it from first.

If you can't reach the seller, email us at [email protected] and we'll do our best to help connect you or point you to the right place.

5When refunds may not apply

A few common situations where a refund might be declined:

  • The 30-day window for a subscription refund has passed and the service worked as described.
  • A seller's product clearly states it's non-refundable, and you agreed to that at checkout.
  • There's evidence of fraud, abuse, or a violation of our Terms of Service.
  • You're asking us to refund a charge made by a seller using CartMango, which is the seller's decision to make.

Even when a refund isn't guaranteed, we'd still rather hear from you. If something genuinely went wrong, tell us and we'll look at it fairly.

6Chargebacks

If something's off, please reach out before filing a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks are slow for everyone and can get accounts frozen while they're investigated. A quick email to us is almost always faster.

7Changes to this policy

We may update this Refund Policy as CartMango grows. When we do, we'll post the new version here. Big changes won't apply retroactively to refunds you've already requested.
